Online Resources
With many classes now having access to electronic whiteboard and large screen devices, we are including a range of of websites and online resources that can support your mindfulness program. It is important here to add a special note: The use of multimedia in a mindfulness program should be a ‘sometimes’ activity to motivate or share a new technique in a fun way. The key to learning mindfulness is practice in real situations & life.
