
Books for mindfulness
We learn through stories.
Having access to good quality books throughout your mindfulness program, is essential. Stories allow for safe third person analysis about the complexities of being human… eg: emotions that run wild, behaviour that isn’t always kind, and big emotions that are often hard to describe. Stories allow mindfulness and self-awareness concepts & practices to become ‘seen’ in various scenarios and interactions.
Due to many requests from educators, we have collated some of our favourites below.
